Planning applications received by the Parish Council for comment will be listed here, and will be discussed by the Council at the next available Council meeting, or a Planning Committee meeting will be arranged if a reply is needed sooner.

Site notices are posted by Broadland District Council planning officers as close as possible to the relevant site, and properties which may be affected by the proposed development are notified directly by the District Council. Plans may also be viewed at the Council office by arrangement with the Clerk (telephone 01603 279917).

It should be pointed out that the Parish Council is not a planning authority and cannot determine applications. However, its comments could have a bearing on whether the application goes before the District Council Planning Committee, and it always welcomes the comments of those who are directly affected by a development.

Plans can be viewed on Broadland District Council's website by clicking this link http://www.broadland.gov.uk/housing_and_planning/354.asp

Plans currently before the Parish Council for comment, to be considered at the next available Council meeting:
