THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING WAS HELD IN BUXTON VILLAGE HALL
on MONDAY 26th APRIL 2010 at 7.30pm

1. APOLOGIES were accepted from Mr G. Breeze, Mr G. Forster, County Councillor D. Harrison and PCSO Frost.
County Councillor Harrison was attending the Safer Neighbourhood Action Plan meeting in Aylsham on behalf of the Parish Council

2. THE MINUTES of the last Annual Parish Meeting held on 27 April 2009 had been distributed. Proposed by Councillor Nichols, seconded by Councillor Shaw, these were agreed and signed by the Chairman as a true record.

There were no Matters Arising from the minutes.

3. CHAIRMAN’S ANNUAL REPORT

The Chairman’s report had been circulated; a copy is attached to the signed copy of these minutes. The Chairman reiterated his thanks to fellow Councillors and the Clerk, and for the work of the BALAY Committee.

4. ANNUAL ACCOUNTS 2009/10

Copies of the Annual Accounts were distributed; a copy is attached to the signed copy of these minutes. Total income for the year was £110,893.43, and total expenditure was £110,938.66.
The balance held at the end of the financial year was £13,331.82. The precept for 2010-11 had been set at £30,000.

Proposed by Councillor Nichols, seconded by Councillor Wickham, the Annual Accounts were adopted subject to audit.

No matters were raised.

There being no further business, the Chairman closed the meeting at 7.40pm
